Masters in eLearning aims to provide professionals in education and training with a critical understanding of the core issues involved in the design, development and implementaiton of eLearning witu specific focus and emphasis placed on each individual's professional working context. The Masters is part-time and delivered entirely online and offers complete flexibility of time, pace and place of study. Participants are encouraged to work independently and collaboratively and our course provides a unique opportunity to meet and interact with professionals from all over the world. The Masters in Education in eLearning comprises 6 x 20 credit modules and a 60 credit dissertation. Instructional Design and Technology master's degree program is designed for teachers both in grades preschool-12 and post-secondary educators who wish to apply technology and related software to teaching problems and procedures encountered in working with students in a classroom setting. It also meets the need of corporate trainers and those interested in using distance education in a non-school environment. The IDT program is available completely online or on-site at our Metro Learning Center in the Kansas City metro area Learning, teaching and training are profoundly affected by the challenges of the digital age.
