1. Virtual Center for Educational Innovation (VCEI) Innovation through E-Learning VCEI is one of the centers of Virtual Learning Foundation for promoting e-learning in Teacher Education. The center not only offers various courses in teacher education but also train the teacher trainees in designing and implementing on-line learning.
